Marcus DuPlessis is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Seven Hills Properties. Originally joining the company in 2013 as Director of Asset Management, Mr. DuPlessis’ role expanded over time to include oversight of all aspects of operations and ultimately to the position of COO. Prior to joining Seven Hills, Mr. DuPlessis worked as Asset Manager at Appian Capital, a real estate investment manager founded in 2000. Over the course of his career, Mr. DuPlessis has participated in the acquisition, development, management, financing, and disposition of over $800 million in assets across multiple sectors. 

Mr. DuPlessis earned his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating cum laude. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and holds a California real estate license.
