Kirsten Osborne is the Chief Financial Officer at Seven Hills Properties. Ms. Osborne started at Seven Hills Properties in 2016.  With time her role expanded to be Controller for the company and in 2023 she became Chief Financial Officer directing and overseeing all financial activities at Seven Hills Properties.

Before joining Seven Hills Properties, Ms. Osborne had over 10 years’ experience as a Controller in diverse work environments – including property management, economic development, and staffing. She has an enthusiasm for financial analysis, streamlining processes and procedures, and a unique aptitude for promoting efficiency while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

She holds an associate degree in accounting from Clackamas Community College.  She has pursued continuing education in Business Management, Financial Management & Financial Statement Analysis, Internal Controls, HR Law, & Property Management Law, & Yardi Voyager.
