The Dalles, OR

Located near Interstate 84 and the Columbia River, this project was a combination of a 14,500 square foot build-to-suit (for lease) for a major national retailer, plus four smaller pads.  The build-to-suit lease parcel and two of the four additional lots have since been sold. Seven Hills was the developer and owner of the site, prior to these dispositions. The company maintains ownership of the two remaining parcels: one consisting of a 4,880 square foot building and the other consisting of a 5,500 square foot building, both currently being leased to various national retail tenants.
