Located outside of Portland in the budding community of Oak Grove, this retail location is home to a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The area is growing in jobs and housing, providing an ample customer base for chain restaurants such as Popeyes. Seven Hills Properties handled the development side of the project, negotiating a ground lease for the location.
