Positioned just north of the Clackamas River, Gladstone Crossings is a multi-unit retail space developed in two phases. The initial phase of the Gladstone project handled by Seven Hills Properties included 6,000 square feet of retail space rented out to several tenants, including a cell phone provider and a local dentist, as well as a ground lease for a coffee chain. Phase II involved development of an additional 45,000 square feet of retail space rented out to stable tenants including a 24-Hour Fitness.
